Great service. The technician was personable and knew his trade. Our door was not opening well, sometimes not at all. He installed a new motor, track, remotes, etc. now it is gliding open and closed smoothly and quiet.

Precision originally installed my door. My painters made a mistake believing the light panel was glass. They painted over and which is normal since the dried Latex paint will peel off like a sheet. But not with the Lexan. Thanks for your assistance.

The motor coupling on my 22 year old Sears garage door opener failed at 4:30 yesterday. Tommi answered my call and this morning Chris arrived, tested, diagnosed the problem and replaced the motor and track. Both Tommi and Chris were friendly and helpful. I selected the Belt-Drive opener and I’m very satisfied with the product and the workmanship.

Precision Door Service, Great service yesterday! Service attendant (Matt) did a good job explaining and repairing our door. The only point of concern was the cost of the repair – a bit pricey. I paid $640 for a new door spring assembly and $798 for new Belt Drive Opener + tax. Also, I did not receive a full military discount of 10%. Final price ($1467) paid, was granted only 4.5% off. Thanks.

Keith Allen did an excellent job replacing the springs, rollers and hardware. It was pouring rain this morning and he was on time, explained everything thoroughly and ensured that the door was operating smoothly before he left. We’re very satisfied!

Jason Daring was my Precision professional and I was very happy with the entire experience. He was on time, friendly and patient with my questions. He presented all options to me to assist me in staying within budget. He was also efficient but thorough. The new motor is amazing! It hardly makes any noise as it opens and closes. I love the battery feature; it allows usability for a couple days if there is a power outage. As the battery’s shelf life is deteriorating, it will beep and show how much “life” is left on the garage opener. The battery is a quick fix and should last for 2-3 years depending on usage. I would recommend this company, but more specifically, Jason Daring, to fix my garage door! Thank you! 🙂

Customer service was great! The technician was on time , professional and quick to resolve the problem! He also recommended additional products in a nice manner, which made me purchase them without feeling being “pushed” . Definitely recommend this company.
