Precision Garage was very professional and transparent in their repair process. I also appreciate that they came out late to diagnose and fix my issue. Robert was my technician, and he was great. He gave me options for the repair, explained to me what caused my door to break, took necessary COVID-19 precautions, and did quality work in an appropriate amount of time. Hopefully I won’t have issues in the future, but if I do, I would call them again.

We were extremely pleased with the courteous gentleman who installed our garage door motor. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We have used Precision previously several years ago to install our new door.
