We had heard about Precision on radio commercials by Mason Dixon on Oldies 105 so thought we would give them a call when the spring broke on our garage door. Naturally it was a weekend but they came out on Sunday within a couple hours to do the repairs. Chris Johnson was our tech and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced both springs and our bad track rollers very quickly. If we ever have any further issues with our garage door we will definitely give Precision our business!

It us unusual to say that i am never disappointed with a service company but i am never disappointed with Precision Garage Door. They communicate when they are going to arrive, arrive when they say they will, give a quote, and then do exactly what they say they are going to do to fix the issue. Arnold installed a new linear dc opener on one of our garage doors today and it is working both flawlessly and quietly. I cannot say enough good things about Precision.

Hello! I am more than thrilled with the repairs that Matthew H. just completed on my garage door. I had called around and the other garage door repair companies told me that I would have to replace my entire door. When Matt arrived he told me that it wasn’t to bad and that he could make the necessary repairs for 1/3 the cost of a new door! Matthew was very professional and quickly repaired my door. My garage door hasn’t operated this smooth for years! Thanks Matt!!
