You have a good reputation in our area and felt it best to experience your service. We were highly pleased. Our garage door had not been used for 20 years and was rusty and in bad condition. We needed many parts replaced and was surprised when Christian Walker called at time of arrival and could do all the replacements immediately. He represents your company in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. He spoke to my husband by phone and reviewed all he explained to me and was so polite and helpful. Easy to schedule an appointment. Called after hours and Taylor was very easy to talk to and she was very accommodating in scheduling process. Technician who came out was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. He was fast, efficient and overall very good.

This is the 3rd or fourth time I’ve used Precision. called yesterday, came this morning – repaired one door and replaced spring mechanism on the other. Very professional, cleaned up afterwords, thorough explanation of what the services would be and the price. Done everything within about 1.5 hours as stated. Given all the contractors I’ve had at my home – these guys are the best by far. I don’t even ask for quotes from other firms when it comes to the garage doors. I’ve had different techs and all great – this time it was Jose Rosario. Thanks to Jose and the team. I don’t typically write reviews -Be safe.

Very prompt service. Our door failed to close last night. I called this morning & even with a very busy schedule Blue was able to squeeze me in. Jesse was great, very knowledgeable, did not try to sell me what I did not need.
