My technician Chris was very professional and explained everything, a new garage opener was required. The installation was completed quickly. I have a coupon for $20.00 on a new door opener I would like to be applied to my invoice. The coupon was in my introductory email memo. Why is there a fee to program the replacement device?

John called prior to our Appointment and let us know when to except him. He checked the issue we thought we were having with our door and he accessed it and determined the problem quickly. He was very thorough and very nice.
