We purchased a new garage door/rails/spring/rollers/beltdrive opener/etc from Precision at end of July 2020. From the initial call in to their office, to the sales visit & follow-ups (Carlos), to the scheduling, to the day of install (Jerry/Wolf), the entire experience was 5-star. Carlos took the time to explain/show every single option multiple times before we decided. On the day of install, Jerry explained everything they would do and how long it would take. He asked if I had any questions and then Jerry & Wolf worked amazingly quick to remove the old door system and install the new one. Not a scrap of debris was left behind. They were both professional in their appearance and demeanor, and obviously passionate about what they do (even in the heat of summer). They represented the company VERY well. Precision had repaired our old door in the past, which is why we chose them for the new system, and we will continue to stay loyal to them and refer them to everyone that asks. Thank you for a super quiet garage door that looks amazing… and thanks to everyone for a job well done all around.

The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. She arranged for Michael Fanning to come out in the evening about 3 hrs after we called for repair. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and eager to explain the problem and solution options. We will use the services of this company again!

I chose precision because of the advertisements and also having seen their nice vans during. I wanted a company that had good ratings and looked professional. Brian came even before he was scheduled and was very pleasant and very efficient. He knew immediately what was wrong with my garage door opener and proceeded to remedy the situation.He was very neat, pleasant and knowledgeable. Great company and great service.

Our garage door spring broke, because it’s 20 years old. Precision was very professional and explained all the options of what had to be repaired, now. The price seemed fair, so we would definitely use them, again.

Mr. Jason Darling installed a new garage door opener on August 8, 2020. He arrived on time and was observing all COVID 19 protocols. Mr. Daring was very professional and explained the features and options of the different openers. After, the decision was made he started and worked tirelessly in 100 degree temperatures for about two hours installing the new garage door opener. Then explained the operation and equipment. Oh!!! he collected the money. Very pleased with the service and equipment.

Door repair. Mike the repair tech was prompted, proficient, friendly. He explained the damage assessment of completion, gave options of repairs. Completed repairs quickly and completely. The door worked better than beforehand. I would recommend this repairman and the company.
