We have been in our house for over 28 years and the smaller of two garage doors finally gave up. Bryan Stewart came to the rescue and was able to completely overhaul our garage door and keep in up to HOA standards. It wasn’t inexpensive (that’s between Precision and us) but so very much worth every penny. We can’t speak highly enough about Bryan: courteous, professional, knowledgable and very proficient. I was very impressed with the quick response on a Sunday. The Technician Josh Hink was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained all the work required very thoroughly. I could not believe how fast & efficient Josh worked. When he was complete the garage door never worked so smoothly or quietly since we built the house in 2007. Just had my Garage Door replaced. The initial contact to decide the door was perfect. Matter of fact and to the point. The installers were efficient and professional. Explained everything they had did and the importance of bi yearly maintenance and where to lubricate. This whole experience was outstanding and would not hesitate to use them again. Great Product, Great Service and Great Value.

Great customer service. Absolutely outstanding job! Technicians Josh Page and Travis are very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, great attitude, caring and patient. They explained in detail the problem with the garage doors and how they were going to fix it. I am very satisfied with the job they did. The garage doors are opening and closing with no problem. So we had a new garage installed a couple of years ago from Precision and apparently it wasn’t installed correctly and failed.they came out today and fixed the door and didn’t charge me anything. All companies make mistakes, but the good companies fix there mistake no matter what. I highly recommend Precision, I will definitely call them on my next install. Thank you!
