Precision installed a new door for me a few years ago. They did a great job. The door started acting up and I didn’t know why so I called them out. They came out right away and explained to me that somehow the sensor got knocked and it was affecting the door not closing properly. They adjusted the sensor and everything was perfect again. They didn’t even charge me for a service call. What great service and a great company.

Brian came out the afternoon of calling. He took the time to explain a repair or replace option. We chose to replace our 15 yr old opener and spring mechanism. He had everything on hand and completed the install within 2 hours. We now have whisper smooth operation. Great job!!

My daughter used your services in the past year & was very happy with your work & service thus why I called you. I was surprised at getting an appointment the next day seeing as it wasn’t an emergency, just afraid the bracket would break all the way & possibly having the door fall on my car. Its hard to pick from the service & products because other than buying a new door which was in good shape, everything else was purchased & rebuilt. There was no way to click on everything that was purchased. The technician Christian Walker called when he was on his way. He inspected & explained everything in a way I could understand. He was awesome, courteous, prompt, and did clean work. Thus he earns a “Blue Ribbon”, and 5 gold stars. Thank-you to all at P. Doors

The tech that came to our home was polite, personable and professional. Precision installed our 16′ door 8 years ago and it still works perfectly. It only needed a new gasket on the bottom.

I have never ever has such perfect customer service from a company. I met two installer/tecnicians. Both were great. I know that the product is right for me, that I learned everything about my new product, and got terrific value! Thank you, I wish your service was universal through out the service industry. Teach some classes! First I was offered a check to see if it just needed repair. Well no, not after 23 years. I am happy and very content with service and products. Way more that were indicated from the dropdowns offered.
