I called for service on Mon afternoon and service tech. Bryan arrived on schedule Tues.morning and was able to have the garage door opener replaced with all components in less than 2 hrs. He was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend their service.

really didn’t expect same day service and it was so hot. jimmy did a great job and explained everything as he was doing it. He had all the parts right there in his truck. It is so nice to have a problem fixed and fixed right the first time. My garage door is so quiet now, the chain isn’t hanging anymore. Thanks Precision for being there during these hard times.

Service: Broken Spring replacement, and over all inspection. Your Tech recommended bearing replacement as well. After showing me the areas of wear, I had him replace all three. I appreciate his suggestions, after 17+ years of wear, it was time. Thanks guys!

Robert T. came over to fix my garage door that wouldn’t budge. Not only was he able to fix it in no time, he also provided me with a ton of information about my garage door that I had no clue about. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and going forward I will be specifically asking for Robert when I need to service my garage door again. Honestly, the best customer service I’ve had since moving out to Florida.
