I had a broken spring on my 18-year-old garage door and I called Precision and they sent out Jose Rosario to make the repairs. He called first to give me his arrival time, and when he arrived he was very courteous and wearing his mask for our safety. He examined the door and let me know exactly what was wrong and what may have caused the problem. Jose was very knowledgeable about the task at hand and was very thorough with the repairs. He did an awesome job!!!

We were having frustrating issues with our garage doors working intermittently. James came today and was a lifesaver. He assessed the issue and determined the motor was no longer providing reliable current and needed to be replaced. After reviewing all the options, we chose to have both garage door openers replaced. James was able to install them in just a few hours. We could not be happier with the openers or the customer service!

I really truly enjoyed the visit with Rebecca she was a absolute sweetheart inside and out and I thought she went over and beyond expectations to where she explained and helped me out to pick out my garage door. I would give her a high five if I were her boss! I would have loved to have had the custom door but unfortunately my budget wouldn’t let me go that high so she helped me pick out the next best one 😉
