I then spoke to Courtney who was very courteous and had the issue cleared up in a few minutes.The job was then completed quickly and neatly.This is a company that I have done business with before and would use again when the need arises as they have showed me to be honest and fair with their customers.

    Austin responded in a very timely fashion when my wife crashed into the garage door, there was no way it would close after she was finished. He was very personable and worked quite efficiently. I was so impressed I ordered an additional garage door opener install for my third bay door as well as replacing old parts of an existing unit. I can not recommend Precision enough, great experience.

    A spring broke on my door at 5pm on a Friday. I called Precision and Mickey was here an hour later. Mickey was clear on all the repair options available with their corresponding warranties. He let me make my choice with no pressure and set about to quickly and efficiently replace my springs, bearings and track wheels. I feel confident that my door should be trouble free for the foreseeable future. Mickey was super personable and professional. He even tried to set up the garage opener WiFi controls with my phone. Great experience.
