    I have used Precision Door before and once again I was very pleased with the service of Noah. He was professional, skill in identifying the problem and helpful in ensuring that I understood what had happened and how to fix it. He also took a picture of the code on the motor so that I had a reference to look at. For instance, 3 blinks indicates difficulty with the sensors. I also was impressed with the person on the phone who try to help me. I will absolutely use Precision Door again

    The guy that repaired my clunky door was terrific. He not only knew exactly what my problems were, he did his work in a very businesslike manner. When I asked to be careful to watch for my cat when he opens the door, he paid more attention to my cat than I usually do. Nice guy too.

    Tech Noah was amazing, cost of bearing plates and single spring bearing, not so much. Feel like I was raped. These items can be had on AMAZON for about $40. I was charged $180 for the plates and $80 for the single bearing. $260 total. Shame on me for not checking first. Be warned – Research parts cost online before you agree to have them installed.
