This last service, Noah Geer was our Tech and I was so impressed with his professional attitude, workmanship and that he followed the established COVID-19 guidelines. We were having trouble with our garage door sticking, “jumping”, and making an unusual sound when it was raised/opened. Your residential technician (Joshua) showed up on time and did an outstanding job. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, personable, and highly informative. Based on our previous experience with Precision they were the first number I called to help me with a small fix for a new car to sync with my garage door since I did not have a remote anymore. Our experience was great the tech did exactly what I needed and was so kind at the same time. They all have been very professional and always get done just what we have needed! WILL call again and refer friends and family in the future.

I contacted Precision after reading their reviews on the internet. I was greeted by Tommie, who was very helpful and able to get me an appointment for the very next day. The next morning my technician, Jimmy Johnson, came and assessed my garage door repair needs. Jimmy was punctual, very personable and very knowledgeable. He was able to repair my garage door quickly. My garage door has never worked better and he gave me some much needed instructions on how to maintain the door in good working order. Thank you Jimmy and Precision for making a not so good situation less stressful and affordable. I will recommend Precision to all my friends!
