My sister gave me your number and Mr. Joshua Battle came sooner than expected which says a lot for customer service that is outstanding. Mr. Battle found several other problems that he showed me which could have been trouble later on. He made the repairs very quickly and took the time to explain the problem areas that needed to be repaired. He also gave me some good advice about maintaining all the moving parts and lubricating them frequently since I do a lot of woodwork and dust can be a problem on any moving parts. The managers were very respectful of my military 3-war service in the USAF and gave me a discount on my bill which I am very thankful for being on a fixed income. If you want quality work and service ask for this company and Mr. Joshuqa Battle. He is a professional and has a great personality toward his customers. If I were his boss I would give him a raise. He is outstanding…………….Mr. Webb.

Moved into a new house and garage door wouldn’t open. Door opener was also broken. Called Precision because reviews were all positive. John came out and evaluated the problems. Door hardware was a mess and needed a new opener. After about two and a half hours of replacing everything but the door, everything is working great. Thanks John.
