I heard a loud noise when I raised the garage door. Thankfully the door opened completely. I immediately called Precision Garage Door. The technician actually called to say he could come earlier than scheduled. He replaced the springs and wheels on the door and instructed me on how and where to lubricate the parts. He arrived with a mask on. Once he looked at the door, he provided me with 2 options and didn’t push the more expensive one. He was done in a few hours, cleaned everything up before he left. He was very pleasant and courteous the entire time.

We contacted Precision to fix a problem we had with our door staying open. Called on a Sunday and Nicholas was there on Monday morning. The door required an adjustment. We were totally prepared to be charged with a service call and were very surprised when there was no charge. No wonder they have so many awards! I would definite recommend Precision.

Your commercial on TV immediately caught our attention. The weekend appointments mostly appealed to us, and we decided to give you a try. Jesse B. was very professional and helpful. He provided options available to repair the garage door opener, and once we chose our desired option, he focused and promptly fixed the problem. When the repair was complete he walked us through all he had done and explained how all new features worked. He was very thorough. Excellent job, we are very satisfied.

Came out this morning to pull my truck out of the garage door and the door stopped about 12″ above the ground. Releasing the door didn’t work so I called the number on the sticker of the installer…(We bought the house about 4 years ago). I was promised a tech by !:00 pm and he came before noon. Very knowledgeable and he explained to me the problem and it was fixed by 1:15 pm. Shaun did a great job and was very personable.

Our technician today was great!! Very polite and knowledgeable, fixed the issue in minutes and actually seemed to care and enjoy his position which is rare these days. I will def use precision from now on!
