I was having a problem with my garage door not going down. I called Precision and was given an appointment the next day as requested. Craig arrived on time. He was very courteous and polite. He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. He explained the situation thoroughly and I agreed to have it fixed. He did a great job (neat and clean). I will definitely ask for him if I need repairs again.

I have seen many of your ads plus close friend also recommended your company. I needed to have my door spring replaced. Easily setup an appointment and tech came and checked to see what was needed and gave me options for materials and warranties. Work was done swiftly and professionally and very neatly. I highly recommend this company and Chris Johnson the tech. He covered all bases and made sure I was satisfied before he left. He also recommended new cables which were frayed and pulleys which were needed.

Austin was able to arrive early and completed work within an hour. He was professional, courteous and we felt confident with his recommendations. He walked us through the entire process and reviewed with us and checked for any questions before leaving. He also wore a mask the whole time. We appreciate the commitment to safety. He was also good with our dog who is nervous with new people in our house. We are very happy with the service.

my installer, travis did a great job. he came to repair a loose chain and found other issues w/ the opener, springs and cables. he had to replace the unit. now it runs very quietly and smoothly. i would hire him again

The salesman sold me garage doors for 4, 500k. The salesman/ installer was the same person who failed to tell me the garage doors wouldn’t work when he left because we didnt have electric. As he finished the job he told me I would have to call an electrician in order for the doors to work, an extra 600 to 1000k I didnt expect. Had the technician made me aware I wouldn’t have purchased the doors. I found it misleading, I’m a single wo.en and didnt budget it nor am I mechanically inclined. – Jill Fischer

Purchased a new door and door opener for our cart shed. They removed the old door and track and installed the door and opener very quickly and professionally. The installer was professional and very good at his job. We have a slopped shed floor and he made the door fit perfectly.
