Garage door broke last night, called this morning and they were able to get someone out here by 10 am. My need today was to a garage door which I could not close. The technician, Austin Orton reviewed the matter and I felt at ease with his analysis of my need. He understood what I wanted and went about completed his work in a timely matter. Although my initial concern was the high cost in comparison with prices of garage door openers at Home Depot, etc. I was more relief with feeling satisfied with updating two 18 year system, the workmanship and warranty.

Joshua serviced our door and found the issue right away, explained the issue to me and fixed asap. The reason why I use Precision is honesty. When the team comes to the house, they are genuine in what the issue is and repair it where I don’t have to worry about the same issue again. Would highly recommend them.
