This company is amazing. They were professional and went farther, directing me how to solve a special problem with my foundation which made installation of a new garage door, difficult. I will not forget the kindness of Robert West, the installer, and I would recommend Precision to everyone.

This review is a five star only because ten stars was not an option. What a great company, our technician Jesse was not only on time with a great attitude but he was also completely knowledgeable and prepared for whatever was needed. I must say, I have never seen a garage door operate as smoothly and quietly as ours does now. This is a very well run company and you can tell from the first call to first arrival to end result. Unfortunately this review simply cannot express how happy I am for using Precision but is my intention to share my experience with you so you too can know the feeling of sharing your new home with family and friends with the garage door being the first highlight you show them. WOW! We were in a pickle with a broken garage door and a house inspection for closing in two days. Precision was the only company to call me right back and were there the next day. The technician explained what happened and he had the parts on his truck. All fixed within an hour. Price for service was less than we anticipated. I would recommend Precison be your first call.

My installer was very knowledgeable. He told me what was recommended and gave me a few different options with what was needed VS. What could wait a little while. Also, He worked with me on financing options which was good considering the current economic situation that everyone is going through currently. He showed up early in the timeframe that was given. He was courteous and completed the job quickly and gave me his personal number if I had any questions for any reason. All in all I’m satisfied with the job. Thanks precision.

Austin was a great Service Tech. On-time by appointment, complete & courteous. Gave me a couple of options to repair/replace my faulty garage door opener and then completed the job perfectly. Your tech, Austin Orton, was personable, knowledgeable, and very efficient with the work that was needed to complete my repair. He explained what was needed with an estimate, – he is a great salesman for you! He cleaned up behind himself, answered all my questions, and I would definitely request him for future repairs.
