I recently noticed my cables were fraying and I found Precision from a quick online search; I’m very glad I did. They came out the next day and not only replaced the cables but pointed out some other areas that needed attention (new rollers, missing hinges and a sturdy weather strip on the bottom). The technician, Brian, was personable, efficient and very helpful. He explained all the options from the basic cable replacement to the other suggested items. He showed me the various prices first and then completed the repairs in less than 90 minutes. With the new rollers, the door is also a lot quieter, which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend them!

Noah did an excellent job. He made recommendations as to what the garage door needed and priced out the parts and labor a couple of different ways. He left it up to me, but explained the difference in materials and what their life expectancy was. Very nice young man with a great friendly presence. I would highly recommend him to everyone!!

My garage door was not operating correctly after having the system replaced by you earlier. A Technician came to service it but it stopped functioning as soon as he left. You sent a Senior Tech to service it and he replaced the unit at no charge. Both Techs were polite and efficient. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone.
