They immediately scheduled me for service and by noon on Monday a technician was working on taking care of my door. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Precision has saved me many times throughout the years with repairs, but it was time for a new door! Technician Jimmy Johnson explained the options and process thoroughly. It is evident Jimmy Johnson is knowledgeable, confident, courteous and professional. It is also apparent he enjoys working for Precision Doors which speaks volumes about the quality of the product and organization. I will definitely request Mr. Johnson for service needs! The installation was great as well from Sherman and Jesus. They both are courteous, prompt, and work well together as a team. The area was left spotless. I am incredibly happy with my new door~

I can’t believe that the price of garage door openers have gone up as much as they have from December of 2020 to May of 2021. You replaced an opener on my other property in December and when my opener on my house went bad I called your company fully intending to replace this opener. Your Tech Luke came out and gave me options for replacing the opener and thankfully I was sitting down when he gave me the price. I then had him replace the belt and put a new rubber piece on the bottom of the door. Since then I’ve found another company that would have replaced the opener at a price that was much cheaper than what Precision was going to charge me. Sorry, it looks like you’ve lost a customer due to over priced service and products.
