Baylor was friendly and professional and did a through job inspecting our garage door which was grinding when opening and closing and identified the components that had aged (probably original ones from 1996 when the building was built) and then replaced the springs, cables and rollers to solve the problem and give us a garage door in “new” condition.

Very pleased with this company, m gag opener stopped working, came out the next day and replaced the opener. When I had a warranty claim anew mons later Adam came out the next day and fixed it. Highly recommend this company

I am very pleased with the overall service that Seth L. provided to for me. He was on time and called ahead to be sure I was ready. He made a great evaluation of repair needs and provided clear cost estimates for several options with details of each option. I was able to make an informed choice and Seth completed the rebuild of my door with rollers, spring and other parts that day. My door is like new. Thanks for the great service.

I’m a first time customer, I choose Precision because I saw numerous TV commercials in the past several month. The previous company I used several years ago did not do right by us. They installed a cheaper door spring which created a bigger problem for the motor. The service guys who came out Jesse and Bob are amazing, fast, clean work, and friendly. Who took the time to listen to my many questions. Bob took the time to explain the issues with the door, motor, rollers, cable, and barrings. He broken down three options of cost to get the work done. Making the decision was easy with low to zero pressure from the guys. Once installed Jesse took the time to explain and show me how the new system worked. Huge thank you Jesse and Bob.
