Our garage door went out and we called Precision. They had a tech out the next day, Jesse. They not only came on time and as promised but also repaired it the same day! Jesse was so professional and courteous and walked us through every stage of the repair. He asked us questions to make sure we were satisfied and even went over the invoice. He even provided us with his business card and thanked us for our business. Then after he left we received a copy of our payment via email. I could not ask for a better more professional company. I will definitely recommend!

So my garage motor and springs finally gave out after 20 years. Precision was at my house within 2 hours, without it being an emergency call. Christopher Johnson was the representative who showed up, and he was awesome. He showed me all the stuff that was definitely broken, and gave me some options based on what was still working. All in all, he replaced everything but the actual door in about 3 hours. It was a total of 5 hours between my call to Precision and my new opener and Springs being installed. Great service, and I highly recommend them.

Craig came and explained he could not repair the little hole in the door. He did however replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door and helped us keep water from coming in under the door by building up the area under the door to make a barrier to stop the water. He was very polite and seemed knowledgeable of the products you have to offer. He did not try to sell us something we did not need. I would reccomend your company to anyone in need of garage door repair. Thank you so much.

Great service. Technician called ahead to say he was on the way. Very knowledgeable and did a great job diagnosing the problem. Appreciated getting several price estimates. The garage door now works just like it is brand new.

They installed a New garage door. Jim Rapp, the owner, had me choose a door, he explained the whole proces no pressure. The guys came and installed the new door. Every thing was done as we discussed. I am a very satisfied customer.

Was quoted one price on phone and when tech arrived it was 350 more for same products. I called several other companies and was given MUCH cheaper quotes. My advice is shop around and take your time contractors are price gouging right now and THIS IS ONE OF THEM. Poor business ethics, very poor.
