    We were able to get service the next day after a spring broke effectively trapping our cars in our garage. We were lucky that we were able to get by without our cars until that time – we would have preferred to have paid extra to get emergency service on the day it broke but apparently that is not offered and this was a warranty repair. The service technician was friendly and had the door fixed quickly once he arrived.
