We had a garage door opener malfunction and called Precision because of the positive experience we have had with the company in the past. Andy Peck was our technician. He was punctual, polite, attentive to our concerns/needs and was very considerate of our property. He assessed our situation and gave us a very understandable list of options from repair to replacement. Based on our circumstances, we chose to replace both openers in our three car garage. Once the decision was made, Andy immediately got to work. He was exceptionally organized, knowledgeable and efficient…a craftsman in all regards. Once the work was accomplished, he walked us through all features of the equipment and made sure we were comfortable with the operation. Given our experience, Andy Peck and Precision earn our strongest recommendation.

Mike from Precision fixed a broken spring that breaks every 2 to 3 years, replaced all the original rollers, end bearing plates, and replaced metal rollers with nylon. What a big difference! The door is quiet and doesn’t shake anymore when opening and closing. I can see that the spring will last a lot longer and improved the door.

I have just completed ordering 2 new garage doors with 2 new motors. Your representative Rebecca was very informative and professional. She answered all my questions and concerns. It was a pleasure to work with her and was very knowledgeable. Because of Rebecca I decided to go with Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay.. Just had my garage opener replaced by Precision. I called yesterday, and was given an appointment for the next day. I was told that my tech would be Noah and that I’d receive a call 30 minutes before. Everything I was told, was done. Noah was very nice and professional. He did my install and walked me through everything afterwards. I had called 2 other companies before calling precision, and never got replies from either. Great customer service from the moment I made the call. I will most definitely be calling for any future needs. Thank you Precision!! Happy customer here.
