The Precision Door technician, Mike Beckum did a great job installing an exterior keypad for my garage door. He also replaced the garage door controller in the inside. I now have an updated, convenient system. Mike explained everything to me and accomplished the task in a timely manner. I am so happy with the results.

Joshua came out to repair our broken door spring; he showed me several problems that deserved attention. We gave him the O.K., and he jumped right in with the repairs. The work was done efficiently and in good time. The repairs went better than I expected, and the cost was just as we agreed. Joshua work was done clean with no clean up needed on my part. VERY satisfied customer. Thank you, Precision Door!

Our garage doors and lifts were, at best, shaky, after Milton. When they started shrieking I called Precision, the original installer, for help. Bob and Austin came out right at the promised time and immediately diagnosed the problem(s) (corrosion, sensor disruption from the floodwater and just old age of the lifts, tracks, bearings). Went with a new lift on one side, new bearings, sensors, tracks, pulls, etc – basically everything but the doors themselves on both sides. They were here for a good eight hours. Very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I’m very, very pleased with their work and my (almost) new garage doors. Thanks Bob and Austin and thanks Precision.

Called Precision to fix garage door that wouldn’t open even in emergency latch mode. Years of experience & had a great many people suggest them. Cameron & his partner were amazing! I unfortunately didn’t get the partner’s name, but both were friendly & explained everything. I thought it was just my springs and they walked me through exactly what needed to be replaced to prolong my garage door’s life! Excellent Excellent & Excellent! Would recommend to everyone!
