    This is the second time that I have used Precision Garage Door. The first time I had a garage door opener installed. That is working perfectly since the day it was installed. Recently I had a preventative service done. I had the springs and rollers replaced because they were getting old and I didn’t want to have a major problem. William was my service technician and he did a great job. He was able to explain what was going on with my springs and rollers, offer suggestions of what my next steps should be to keep my garage door working perfectly, and keep me in the budget that I was anticipating spending. I feel very comfortable that my garage door will be functioning correctly for years to come. If I do need a service in the future I will definitely be contacting Precision Garage Door.

    Josue showed up in a very timely manner. He was very good with me teaching me how to care for my door, the spring, the hinges and wheels. And he gave me the recomended name of a lubricant for the door and how-to use and apply it. He found then btoken spring and was able to fix it quickly. He was outstanding.
