Jay was an absolute pleasure. He explained everything thoroughly and had our garage door working in no time. He was considerate to our budget concerns, gave us insight and advice, was respectful, knowledgeable and neat as a pin! The fact that we were able to get the work done on a Sunday was an absolute blessing! Will recommend Precision again and again!

I called Precision Door Friday afternoon as my garage door would not close. The office personnel stated someone could come out between four and eight. Within 15 minutes of that call, I received a call from Carlos, stating he was on the way and would be at my home within 15 minutes, and he was. He figured out the problem very quickly and my problem was solved. Great customer service! He was very professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable,.

The technician, Chris was amazing. He worked diligently for five hours and effectively completed a variety of installation and repair tasks. He was extremely knowledgeable and skilled as well as being professional and friendly. I would gladly have him return if I ever needed additional garage door repairs.
