From the onset, my call was answered by a friendly, professional young lady. She set me up for an appointment right away. They updated me via text and email as to their arrival time. Aaron Whitehead was the tech who came. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He was thorough in his explanation as to my problem and his recommendations to repair. I’m very happy with Precision. I will call them again, if needed in the future.

Love my new garage door, the inspector who came out to do the inspection commented on an excellent job on the installation!! My safe Florida reimbursement was approved so very happy. Thanks again to everyone involved!! Highly recommend Precision Garage door.

Precision Garage Door Service installed our door 8 years ago. We haven’t had any problems with it and were very happy with them at the time. I called today and they came out today. John was excellent, personable and repaired the door promptly. I also had him do maintance on the door while he was here. Great service and always good people. I will continue to call Precision any time the garage door needs something.

The technical was very polite and did an excellent job. I must say we were disappointed when calling Saturday around 5 PM and did not have service until Sunday afternoon. Reason being, my husband and I are 86 years old and he has major health issues including CHF. When requesting an emergency call the operator could’t fulfill our request. I believe your prices were high but decided to have all the old parts replaced.
