I called Precision because of reviews I read and the BBB rating. I had a scheduled window this afternoon but because of a cancellation, they called to see if they could come earlier. Jackson was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He diagnosed our issues for 3 garage door openers ( that were 22 years old) and gave us several options and pricing. He was able to make the repairs today and then gave us a tutorial on how our new system works. I was tired of hitting the wall switch, then running under the closing door while high stepping over the sensors. I am very pleased, and would recommend this company highly.

I purchased 3 garage doors for our new garage. Corbin installed them and said the double door has a dent on the left side bottom panel. He assured me they would replace it. When I called to follow up a few weeks later, I was put on the schedule immediately. The tech called the day of the replacement and said he was on the way to replace the top panel. I told him I understood it was the bottom panel, he confirmed Corbin’s notes were the top panel. I thought, “ok” as I had not closely inspected the panels as they’re in the up position when I’m driving in or out. After the install I did notice the bottom panel was dented. I called the office and they checked their notes and said they were supposed to replace a “dented top panel”. The top panel is glass!!! They sent Nick out to inspect and I have not heard back even after leaving a message. It has now been several weeks and I spent over $20k. Not to mention the garage doors sound awful when they open and close, and the openers they put on the wall are not aligned. Sloppy, expensive, and non-responsive. Do not use this company.
