I purchased my garage door from Precision in 2018. I recently noticed that it was not running smoothly or as quietly as before…very jerky and noisy. Precision was able to come out the same day I called. Josh was great to work with. He answered all my questions and reviewed the lubricating maintenance process and schedule. My instinct to call them was right because several very important mechanisms needed to be replaced. I live on Social Security and they were very helpful in working with me. I highly recommend them.
