The work done was very thorough.The price to change two springs and lubricate the moving parts started at $588.00 which I felt was much too costly.I just replaced two springs and a hing lubricated moving parts on my illinois house one week earlier for $270.00. I was able to get the price down to $400.00 after some negotiations.when your dealing with seniors start with what you know is a fair price.

I had the best experience with them, they were not able to fix my door but their customer service one of the best I have seen. I work in the hospitality industry so I know great service. Theirs i above and beyond. I thank you and when I am ready to just replace the door I will be calling them!!!

When dealing with my deceased father’s property, my husband and I discovered the garage door was not functioning properly. So, I placed a service call and Travis Dobson determined that the motor to the original opener had burned up; rendering it inoperable. He provided a replacement estimate within minutes and in under an hour, it was up and running! Travis was not only professional and courteous, he was knowledgeable and very kind! This is my second time working with Precision and I am extremely pleased with the service! Thank you to Travis for his exceptional service and to Josette for quickly scheduling us, given our time restraints.

Mike F. was the technician that arrived. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He looked at the concerns I had and assured me that everything was in good working condition. He did some minor tune ups and lubed up the doors. He told me about some products his company sold but wasn’t pushy at all. Awesome technician! He’s an asset to the company. Our garage door stopped working so I called in the morning on January 12th and Rob West was at our home by 11:30 am. There was a problem with the Linear motor and Rob replaced it at no charge as it was still under warranty. Rob was knowledgeable, timely and courteous. He did a great job and even programmed my car to open the door too! One thing I didn’t notice until a few days later was that I forgot to mention that we also had an outside keypad. We don’t use it a lot but it is convenient when need. I called back and the next morning Craig Earle was there first thing to replace the keypad. He was done in just a few minutes. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Precision Door. You really stand by your work!

Our experience was with the technician Keith. He represents what I expected from Precision. He was both professional and cordial. One of the springs had broken and trapped the car inside. Keith explained what he was going to do and provided the current pricing for this work. He then performed the work and was completed in a timely manner. We are 100% satisfied with his work and will surely recommend Precision to our friends.
