Joshua contacted me 20 minutes before his arrival as planned, he was on time, and then quickly reviewed our keypad problem. He solved the problem and replaced the keypad in minutes. I really appreciated his service and once again had a great experience with Precision.

Garage door stopped in mid stream, had to use manually for a day. Tech showed up on time and repaired problem with the motor (capacitor replaced). In and out in 20 minutes, good job.

A quick response came from Precision to a call for garage door help…Luke was out to the house & took a look at what we needed, discussed our problems & options. The opener circuit board was bad, needed door springs & cables replaced. Luke had everything he needed to repair our garage door system and we were back up and running two hours later! 5 stars to Precision Garage Door Service

We had a new garage door opener installed today and Chad was so professional, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better than him. We asked a few questions which he was able to answer with knowledgeable information. We highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of their business.

Our door issue happened at 4:30pm. Craig was at the house by 8:30 the next morning and long story short, he and Precision did right by us. The story is longer but that’s all you need to know about this company. Craig was helpful, caring and we greatly appreciate how he treated us.

From start to finish, working with Precision to get a new garage door selected, ordered and installed was a great experience. Melanie M was a fantastic sales person — and found us the exact door we wanted, in a very timely manner. She was very thorough, gave us samples and answered all our questions and concerns. Very, professional, friendly and easy to work with. Nick and his crew installed it today. Called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Took out the old garage door, put in the new — all in about 3.5 hours. Explained the door operation, the required maintenance, we set the keypad code. He was extremely friendly, professional and thorough. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Precision Garage Doors, they are clearly very well led and well managed.

It can be very frustrating when your 2-day weekend is put on hold when your garage door won’t open, and my car is in the garage. especially on a Sunday. Then the possible time loss at work on Monday till it is fixed. I really appreciated Precision Overhead Garage door service to come out on a Sunday to fix my garage door. The technician came out earlier than I expected, Technician not only fixed my door; he had to fix it with limited space between my car and the door; then explained how to keep it in good working order. His personality was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of door repair.
