Joshua came to my house, when expected. He was not pushy and was super helpful. There will be more things that need to be done to my pulley system as a whole, but he explained these things to me. I WILL be doing business with them again.

I have used Precision for a number of years. The opener stopped working due to repeated power outages during a cold spell. They came out on Sunday and had it working very quickly. Great company to work with.

Totally dissatisfied with technician who came. I asked for a written estimate and it was hand written on a notebook piece of paper and left with my nephew. Most shocking was the estimate of it being over $2,700.00 another company was called and it was fixed immediately for $129.00

Your same-day service is great. James Mantsch was so friendly, professional, and helpful. He diagnosed the problems with the door opener system you had installed years ago, developed a three-tier cost estimate, and explained it clearly. He had all the materials required to replace the spring and install a new system for us and worked efficiently to get the work done. He communicated all along the way, completed the work, cleaned everything up, and did a walkthrough of the setup and operation of the new system. I cannot say enough about this great technician. You guys rock!

The technician called to ask if it was ok to come early. I said yes. Once he arrived, he did a thorough inspection and provided purchase options. Once I chose the one I wanted he estimated how the work would take. He needed only 1 hour for the complete job. I complimented him on getting done so quickly. He left with everything back in his truck and my garage was clean without any debris. I would call Precision again and highly recommend you to other residents here. Thank you for such a good experience.
