Wayne came out to my house in the evening. The garage door was making a loud bang when opening. He worked his magic and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He was very friendly and polite. I real nice and talented guy.

Called because their sticker was on my garage door. Jesse was prompt, courteous, prepared and competent and solved my problem within an hour. Replacements for the springs on my door was directly from his truck inventory.

I have used you guys before and have loved the service every time ! Jesse was my service tech today and was very polite , helpful answering all of my questions and very friendly as well. He did a great job fixing our issues and I will being using you in the future when needed. You guys are the BEST !!

Precision was able come to the house within a couple of hours of me calling. The tech was very polite and gave me options as to what to fix. Not pushy at all. Promptly competed work and did not leave a mess. First time using this company but I will continue to use them in the future should the need arise. Thank you very much

I have called Precision twice now and have had Josh Hink both times. I was really happy to see him when I called the second time. He had installed a new opener on the first call and I was so pleased with his work and his demeanor was just outstanding; he is very professional and friendly. So when I had the second problem I knew exactly who to call. This time it was a broken spring and he identified the problem in 10 seconds. The job was completed in less than an hour and we even had time for a little chat. If I ever need Precision again I will be sure to ask for Josh
