Travis Sanferraro was excellent. He discussed with me options and gave me pricing for five options. Considering the condition of my garage door, motor, etc., I elected to get the top price with everything replaced except the door itself. THE TECH ASSIGNED ARRIVED ON TIME; EXPLAINED WHAT COULD BE USED FOR A REPLACEMENT OPENER, INSTALLED THE UNIT IN THE TIME AS ESTIMATED AND EXPLAINED THE COMPLETE OPERATION!! EXCELLENT.
