Fantastic company to deal with. Friendly, willing to explain all the questions you have. Jeremy Rossi came out to find out what trouble we were having. After doing a complete inspection of our garage door we needed to replace a lot of things. In the end, we decided to replace the entire door. Jeremy was great and was willing to do anything that we wanted. We made an appointment for the following week. Carlos Morales installed our door and was very professional, couldn’t be nicer. When he was finished he was sure to explain all that he had done and also how to care for it. wonderful company!!!!!

We were so pleased with everything from our phone call to Customer Service (very pleasant and accommodating), the same day service, to their Service Technician (who always has a good attitude, able to assess the problem and fix it quickly), We are impressed!

The reason I chose Precision is because I called the them a while back to replace the big spring and replace rollers with new ones. They did such and good job and was quick, I decided to use them again. The gentleman put a Precision sticker on inside of door and got phone number when door would not close last night! When I call for service today ( Sunday ) I ask operator to make sure service man had a new opener. He replace it and works great. K.Morris

We called about broken springs and possibly a new garage door at 10 am and Joshua was able to come before the scheduled appointment and fixed the springs in a heart beat and we got a great price too. When asking him about the door he said it could last a bit longer, no need to exchange it now. We really appreciate his honesty and for giving us a price that we will have to face and can save up for for now.

Not sure it seems $424 for 30 minutes of work and replacing rollers seems a little pricey, have been using precision for 20+ years on my property and others I maintain.
