I was quite impressed! After another company blew me off and never showed up, I called Precision. The person I talked to was helpful and able to set me up with an appointment the very next day. My technician was professional, and explained everything to me. I found the price to fix my garage door to be quite reasonable and will be sure to use them again. Everything was fine until it came time to download the app. Unable to get it done on my android phone and my wife’s I-phone. We were assured we would be up and running, and we are, except for the app.
