    The tech (Travis) showed up on time & did great work. Very professional & attentive to detail, which is rare these days. Had all the parts needed to complete the job (major repairs to 3 overhead doors). Not cheap, but done right & that’s more important.

    A Contractor friend recommended Precision when our spring broke on the Garage door System. They were out the same day and not only repaired the spring, rollers, and bearings, but came out again the next day as the sensors were not functioning. they went above and beyond expectations to complete the necessary repairs, and garage is not back in business. Outstanding, professional and friendly service. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of Garage Door work. Thanks!

    Isak was very nice and friendly. We needed the button repaired that is inside the garage, that opens/closes the garage door. He did it quickly and professionally. He told me that, if we sold our house and an inspection was needed, we would have to replace the motor so we had sensors at the bottom of the door. I thanked him so much for the warning. It would have been a big surprise to us should our house sell. He was very knowledgeable. He knew the rollers on the door had been changed within the last few years – I did not remember that but when I told my husband, he remembered. I would ask for Isak next time!!
