Dear Jim Rapp, Oh, my heavens, I can’t thank The Lord and your company enough for the miraculous gift of a functioning garage door!!! I called up last week, as I was “trapped inside my garage”, meaning I couldn’t open the antique door, with ONE ARM, as my left arm was in excruciating pain!! I had a Dr.’s appointment the next day to get this shoulder/arm thing further evaluated! I couldn’t miss that appointment, so I called your company and Rebecca came out. One thing led to another and as I am “low-income”, retired and on disability, I was blessed and gifted a brand new, white, working garage door so I can easily get in and out of the garage!! My family, (who is not yet Christian, ; D ) were shocked. They don’t know the teachings of the Bible like we do! ; D ! I think this act of benevolence further inspired my 35-year-old son, who decided to bless me with a DISHWASHER yesterday! It is very hard to wash dishes with one arm!! Charlie (our tech) was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain and show me exactly what was wrong with our garage door, not to mention he was so patient with me asking 100 questions! Though it was a pretty big job, he was extremely efficient and fixed the problem in no time.
