I had a new motor and springs installed. Maybe more but I don’t have the bill with me. The service person arrived within the window provided. He was courteous and professional. Answed my question about the work he was doing. Gave me estimates before continuing. Love my new garage set up. It’s so incredibly better!

Too bad other companies don’t hire the same kind of people Precision hires. All the techs we dealt with couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. They explained everything before they performed the work and told us our options. They called when they said they would call and arrived when they said they would arrive. My garage door spring broke at 8:00 at night and Luke came out the next day in the specified time frame and walked me through what needed to be done in a friendly and professional manner. He efficiently set up, removed the old and replaced the new parts and tested the door successfully without a hitch. Thanks Luke!
