Josh repaired my garage door opener quickly and did general maintenance. The keypad did not work after he left and he became back and reset it. Everything is working fine now. I would recommend Precision.

All my expectations were met, they were on time, very courteous and very respectful. I liked how they treated us and noticed my hobby materials. My wife liked the upgrades we made and I am sure we will continue to enjoy our garage opener.

Joshua, our technician, arrived at our house to repair our garage. He was very courteous, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our garage, and provided an estimate. After we went over the invoice, and figured out what was needed, Josh proceeded to repairing our garage. He was very precise on the job, and explained the five years parts and labor warranty. In the future, if we need garage repairs, we would like to have Josh, do the job! Thank you, Shaun

I went to leave for work but my garage door wouldn’t open all the way so I called Precision and a technician was dispatched to my home within hours of my call. The technician was very friendly and courteous and completed the service in a timely manner. I am very thankful for the quick service and getting my issue resolved.

Why did I pick Precision? The local company never answered to the call(s). Their lost! I had an excellent representative arrive on time to fix my garage door. Logan Forsyth called in advance and arrived on schedule. He was very knowledgeable, a total professional, very polite, and respectful. He was well prepared and got to the root of the problem in a very short time. He fixed the wiring issue in a short time and had the door operating once again. He also inspected other items on the door and made several recommendations on possible future issues. I truly appreciated his assessment on what issues may lie ahead. Logan Forsyth was extremely polite and VERY professional. If I need any further maintenance, I will request him to accomplish the future work. Thanks for dispatching him to work my issue!!!
