We had two garage door motors installed 6 months ago. We were happy with the installation and professionalism from the technician. Unfortunately, one of our sensors broke off, so we needed it to be repaired. They came out the next day and repaired the damaged sensor. The technician was happy to be in and out to fix the problem. Icing on the cake was that it was all covered by the warranty! Thank you for an easy install and repair experience.

I originally called Precision Garage Door because they could come out after hours to fix my door so I could go to work the next day. They were so helpful I had them replace both door openers. A year later I damaged one of the rails. They came right out again and fixed it and would not charge me. Again I was able to not miss work. Today they came right out to check on a noisy motor which needed to be replaced so I wouldn’t be locked in. Again no charge because of the warranty. Feeling a bit guilty about not paying for all this service I am having them put some extra cleats on my door when they replace the motor. I have used other garage door companies, Precision is the best. Tom Butler

I have used Precision Garage Door Services a couple of times before today. The service representatives have always been knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Travis Prescott continues that tradition. He performed a “Pre-Hurricane tune-up” on the door, and now it opens and closes more quietly than ever. He even helped me set up an application on my cellphone so that I can open or close the door from my phone! That’s going the extra mile. I will definitely continue to call Precision Garage Door Services for my garage door needs.

My Genie Garage Door was at least 30 years old, so I got my money’s worth! However, I wasn’t prepared for how expensive a new one would cost!! If it wasn’t for your policy of breaking it up into 5 different payments I would be getting out of my car to raise and lower my garage door! There is no way I could have paid for it all at once! Both technicians were outstanding and finished the job in one hour! That must be some kind of record!! Thanks guys! Great job!! ??
