The appointment happened the same day I called. Alex, the tech, was very professional and explained what he was doing and updating me regarding the condition of our garage door opener. He used the existing new keypad to sync with the garage door opener and also added bolts to the garage door and the opener.

Jordan Earhart Tech. came in for an inspection regarding my Precision garage door no closing, he indicated it was the motor. The motor, rails and rollers were replaced with new products. The door is working smoothly….fantastic! Jordan is a knowledgeable, professional and kind technician. My experience with Precision was the best!
