Was referred to you by a friend that had great service. Technician Sean arrived on time, was friendly and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and also advised me of the parts that needed to be replaced and the costs. After starting to take things apart, he found larger issues and more parts that needed to be replaced. He contacted me and advised of the issues and costs of those parts. In and out in less than two hours. Amazing! Very happy customer who will be contacting you later this year to purchase a new door that is end of life. I was going to get quotes with other companies for repairs to my overhead garage door because I was trying to get a better and fair estimate. Precision showed compassion and concern about making sure I was serviced by negotiating a better quote with which I was pleased with. The spring broke on my garage door and my car was trapped inside! Precision responded writhing 4 hours, and fixed the door by adding a new spring and a few other identified issues. I’d recommend them anytime!
