This is my second time using Precision and I have been pleasantly pleased both times with the professionals and the person who answered the phone who scheduled them. Each time they have explained the issue and shown the solution but never oversold or overexplained. The professional Robbie was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had and showed me how to maintain the door as well. He explained what happened to the door and why and his recommendation for a new part. The price I thought was very reasonable and didn’t try to upsell. He was very respectful and the repair didn’t take long though he tested it out numerous times. I would recommend Precision for garage door needs.

The motor to my garage door opener finally bit the dust. Called Precision around 2:30 and they arrived at 4pm. The tech, Noah, was very nice, very professional, and was a wealth of information. By 6pm, I had a new motor that works wonderfully, and I’m a very happy customer! Precision is the company you want to fix all your garage door problems!
