I am very happy with your services, we has been using Precision company since we got our house. We call you twice . The first time was a year ago after our garage door is been working for 21 years with no problems and you guys was very honest and tell us what was to be done I am so happy with your services. Our door and controls are working good. We call you again this past we around 8:00 pm and you guys come the next day at 8;30 am and take care the problem with no charge under warranty. Thank you. I have used precision before and have been very satisfied. I just recommended them to a friend and she too was pleased with their replacement of her two double sized garage doors. The young man who came today went above his job description to even bring my garbage bin in from the road. I wish I had caught his name so I could mention him specifically.

My door had been making strange noises lately and I noticed a lot of slack in the chain. I knew if I didn’t call for someone to look at it, the door would fail at the worst possible time. I see Precision trucks around all the time and decided to try them. Zack the service tech was at our house within an hour of my call and explained what was going on and how he would fix it. He said I was right in calling because trouble was on the horizon if I waited. Zack knew his stuff and took good care of us. He was prompt, friendly and professional. I will gamble at the casino, not on my garage door. Thanks Precision and Zack!

Garage door cable broke. Less than four hours later the repairman was here and fixed it in 45 minutes. The price was reasonable, less than I feared it could be. The technician, whose name I regret I didn’t get, was fantastic. This was first class service at its finest.
