Tech was nice and figured out the issue with my door motor pretty quickly. But that’s where the good service ends, sadly. The technician was quick to upsell me over priced goods that aren’t even meant for residential homes, but heavy duty commercial motors. Either I replace my circuit board for the cost of a whole new residential motor or buy a commercial one for an extreme price. There was no in between. This “service” seemed more like a up sale than an actual problem solving and general service visit. Not calling or referring again

This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door Service and both times the technicians exceeded my expectations! Jeremy, the technician who came out today was very kind and extremely professional! He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, and took care our garage door in a timely manner. On top of that he warrantied our job due to something that he found. I say this because I would have never known … he could have easily written that ticket up and I would have paid it because I appreciate their service … my point is he was very honest & forthcoming, something you do not find these days. Thank you Jeremy & Thank you Precision Garage Door Service! 🙂

We have used Precision Garage several times for repairs at our townhome in Clearwater and now for our new home in Seminole. Each time that we have worked them they have been outstanding. Our tech – Nick Rossi today was very friendly and respectful. He was knowledgeable and provided a quick install of a new garage door opener and two remotes. He even took the time to program my husband’s car to the door. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend working with Precision Garage and we will use them for all of our repair and install needs. Thank you!

We have been using Overhead Doors for many years. Always fast response to service requests and excellent work. Technicians are courteous and friendly and on time. Wouldn’t call anyone else.

I chose precision because of the commercials on television about the goodness of the service. The young men that came was courteous he checked everything told me that the service will be free and if it gives me any more trouble to contact them and they’ll return.

I have had Precision repair several springs over the years. Precision’s customer service on the phone and their field techs are true professionals. The tech was a down to earth, polite and pleasant person to work with. I will continue to use their service because their employees are amazing! I really cannot say enough about how great they are and I tell my family and friends.
