The commercials are true! I have not experienced such prompt, professional, and courteous service in decades!! I made the initial call at 4:45 PM. I had a completely new opener installed in under three hours with no overtime or after hours charges. Lucas, my installer had the unfortunate job of informing me that my opener was not repairable and needed to be replaced. Although it was more expensive than I expected, I have absolutely zero regrets because I feel confident that the job was done with the highest standards in mind. Lucas was neat, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Although I truly don’t want to be a repeat customer anytime soon, I will have no hesitation to contact you if I have any issues, since I know they will be handled just as well. What a refreshing experience!

Had garage door break late and night and Googled 24hr Garage door repair, Precision was the first one that came up. They were not able to come out that night, but were there first thing in the morning ,on a Sunday!!! The tech Jackson was very nice took time to explain to me all the repairs that needed to be done and what I could wait on to have done. When he was done he walked me thru everything that he had done.

The two gentlemen who came to service our garage door opener, Aidan and Brandon, were extremely polite, friendly and professional. They went out of their way to explain what was wrong with our current opener and what our options would be. They installed a new opener and walked us through all the details of how to use it. Very knowledgeable. We would recommend Precision to others just because of them!

Zack was prompt and courteous. However he didn’t solve the issue and gave me an estimate on repair. He recommended a complete replacement motor as well as new springs. Cost to be $2900.00 + I don’t believe his recommendation was correct. He stated the springs I had replaced four years ago were too big and causing the motor to bog down which would cause two remotes to malfunction. The wall switch works and the door moves smoothly. I honestly felt he was trying to get me to spend unnecessary money. I requested he email me a copy of his estimate and I have never received it. I don’t have faith in your company at this point.

The service person that came out was very nice, efficient, and observant. I knew they of Percision Garage Doors from ads on TV.
