I had seen your ads on TV and decided to give you a try. Bryce was on time and very informative. Best of all he didn’t push me to buy a new garage door (my door is quite old). He fixed the door and charged me a reasonable amount of money. He definitely knew what he was doing. I will use Precision again if I have any more problems.

Highly recommend First, the reception on the phone by Molly(?) was pleasant and she was both helpful and knowledgeable, Great first impression for first time potential customer. Chris, the technician was on time, professional /personal. Gave me an honest evaluation of my garage door system and performed the work with all the parts already on his truck. Price was fair with some parts being given for no charge. Overall a positive experience.

The service techician was very polite and very through in inspecting the overhead garage door. He was very thourgh in explaining what he was going to do and informative about what should be fixed. When the techician finished he showed me how it was balanced perfectly.
