We have a Manual Garage door. I called around 12:45 pm I spoke with Jules she was very helpful. I was told that the window for someone to come out was going to be between 2 pm – 6 pm. Travis was our tech and he was at our home by 2:30 pm. He was very professional explained everything to us and gave us a quote. He did an outstanding job and was awesome. Your company is fantastic! Thanks for being so prompt and professional. We really appreciate it very much and will recommend your company to all of our friends.

Four years ago we had Precision Garage Door replace the motor and install a belt drive on our garage door. Absolutely no problems until two days ago. The garage door would not open. My wife called Precision for a technician to respond. We were given a four hour window on response. Thirty minutes later the technician arrived. Somehow the garage door motor had a glitch and reset the perimeters for one foot, open and close. The technician reprogrammed the motor and made sure all of our controls worked to open and close the door. The technician was pleasant to deal with and very professional. The motor was still under warranty and there was no charge. The customer service was exceptional.
